Pool & Clubhouse Rental Information

Rental Fees

  • Pool Rental Before or After Regular Pool Hours Only. You may reserve the pool prior to the pool opening (at 1 pm on weekdays and 12 noon on weekends) or after the pool closes at 8:30 pm. The rental cost is $35 plus $12/hour per guard. One lifeguard is required for every 20 swimmers. *Pool Manager will secure lifeguards.
  • Clubhouse Rental - $35 plus a $250 damage deposit returned at final walk through.
  • Pool & Clubhouse Rental - $70 plus a $250 damage deposit returned at final walk through

Step 1 - Check Availability

Step 2 - Make a Reservation
** You are encouraged to make reservation at least 1 week in advance **

Send an email to rentals@braunoaks.net with the following information:

  • Your name and telephone number
  • Specific date
  • Times the rental will begin and end (midnight being the latest end time)
  • Whether you want to book the pool ($35 rental fee plus damage deposit), clubhouse ($35 rental fee plus damage deposit), or pool & clubhouse ($70 rental fee plus damage deposit)
  • The number of lifeguards needed for your event. One lifeguard is required for every 20 swimmers and is $12/hour per guard. *Pool Manager will secure lifeguards.

Step 3 - Fill Out Contract & Retrieve Keys

  • Two to three days prior to your event, Dave Bertsch (Facilities Manager) will contact you to arrange a meeting to provide keys to you and pick up your contract and payment. Click here to open contract.

General Guidelines
  • The use of the facility is for the BONA members who are in good standing with the association. (Current with dues)
  • The BONA member must in attendance during the time of the scheduled event.
  • Occupancy for the clubhouse is limited to approximately 30 people
  • Moving of the furniture is prohibited.  If the facility does not meet your needs, please do not rent it with the intention of rearranging the furniture.
  • Use of the pool during rentals may only occur while a Braun Oaks hired lifeguard is on duty.
  • Music volume must be kept to a level that does not resonate beyond the facility property.
  • The clubhouse is a smoke free and animal restricted facility.
  • BONA members are responsible for all guests.  Loss of privileges for use of the facility may be imposed by the Board for violation of any infractions of guidelines. The Board reserves the right to refuse usage and end a function for actions that may be detrimental to the facility or put BONA at risk of  legal actions.
  • Evening Parties should end by midnight (to respect the neighbors).
